You initial appointment … EXAMINATION Because we believe that oral health is intimately related to your general health, we invite you to first meet Louise, who will go over your medical and dental histories with you and make sure we clearly understand your needs and expectations. Doctor Larose will then examine your teeth, your gums, your bite and jaw. If you have recent x-rays of your mouth – less than two years – you may bring them with you. On this visit we will discuss
Please reserve 60 to 90 minutes of your time
for this appointment. Cleaning of your teeth is not generally accomplished at
this visit – unless specifically requested. Our clinic is situated on the ground floor of
750 Marcel-Laurin boulevard, #100 (formerly Laurentian blvd. – rout 117),
facing the St.Laurent City Hall. We are at the third traffic light north of the
Metropolitain and Decarie intersection. If you travel by metro, get off at du College station and take northbound bus 128. Get off at Marcel-Laurin boulevard
and walk one block north. FEES All fees are payable at the appointment by Interac, Visa, Mastecard, cheque or cash. If your are have by dental insurance, please bring the details of your policy with you. CANCELLATIONS If ever you should have to cancel or postpone this appointment, we would appreciate being contacted as soon as possible; this would allow us to accommodate other clients.
