Detoxication

Once the amalgams have been replaced in your mouth, consider eliminating the mercury that has accumulated in your tissues. This is known as detoxication.

First, you must ensure that your excretory organs are functional : intestines, knidneys, liver, skin and lungs. If not, cures may be recommend for your intestines, kidneys or liver. Please consult with a knowledgeable naturopath. You must have two bowel movements per day in order to eliminate toxins. For regularity, add 300mg of chelated magnesium to every meal.

Following is a list of supplements that are often recommended to eliminate mercury from your body. Do not take all of them – especially not all at the same time. Take a couple that you are comfortable with or that your health practioner recommends.

Transform + (ehn) : a preparation of milk whey (excellent for heavy metal detox) and herbal extracts to support toxin excretion.

Vitamin C : precursor of gluthathione – essential for detox : 2 to 8 g/day

Melatonine : available over the counter in the United States – strong antioxydant of the central nervous system – ½ to 10 mg at bedtime.

Alpha-lipoic acid : crosses the blood-brain barrier and could eliminate mercury from the brain – 100 to 600 mg/jour.

Dl-methionine (Redoxal) : 500 mg three times a day.

Digestive enzymes : to unbind mercury from proteins – take between meals.

Mercurius solubilis 30C : 30 drops, 2 to 3 times per week – once amalgams are out ONLY!

Coriandium extract (Cilantro) : 15 drops in hot water in the morning.

Mineral citrates (Citramin, Erbasit) : to replace minerals release by excessive – morning and evening.

NDF: a blend of chlorella, cilantro and probiotics (310-473-1813 - www.bioray2000.com)

Chlorella : algea that has an affinity for mercury.

DMPS and DMSA : strong (chelators) : under the prescription and supervision of a knownledgeable physician only.

Perspiration : sauna bath (140 to 180 degrees) or 20 to 30 minutes of aerobic exercices followed by a tepid shower. Take lots of pure water during this therapy.

Foods: Favour eggs and butter daily for repair of nerve tissue. Add foods that are rich in glutathione: veal, lamb, avocados, asparagus and parsley.

Others : Milk whey, N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC), Kyolic garlic, Selenium, etc.
