GUM CONTROL

toothbrush: available at Centre du Rasoir, Costco, Canadian Tire, Wal-Mart and
most drug stores. Cost: $30. to $150. depending on model. Use morning and
evening on gums - inside and outside of teeth - two minutes per session.
Best toothpaste: Mix a small amount of
baking soda (Cow Brand, Arm & Hammer) with 3% hydrogen peroxide (available
at local drug store) to make a fresh paste that's easy to apply with
toothbrush. Brush at gumline so paste penetrates under the gum.

Tooth & Gum herbal toothpaste: Use as substitute
for best toothpaste (above).

Tooth & Gum Tonic mouthwash: Use with syringe or
Water-Pik to flush out pockets after brushing and flossing to remove germs
and control bad breath.

Tonic to control germs and bad breath away from home.
SUPPLEMENTS

Omega- 3 oils: to reduce chronic
inflammation.

Co-enzyme Q10 : 50 mg four times a day for
three days after treatment and twice a day thereafter. Activates cell
mitochodria to rebuilt tissues around teeth.

Vital-Life Buffered C Powder: One teaspoon every
day in juice or water or two capsules. Quercitin and vitamin C buffered
with minerals to rebuild gums and bone. Excellent to firm-up loose teeth
also.

Bone/ Multi-minerals: one teaspoon or two capsules
at breakfast and bedtime to buffer acidity , reduce chronic inflammation
and rebuild bone strength.

Greens + : One tablespoon in liquid before
breakfast. To alcalinize body and support excretory organs.

Magnesium proteinate: 400mg/day to reduce tartar
accumulation. (Cut calcium also).

Glucosamine sulfate: 500 mg three times a day and add
